After reading Krista's post and wanting nothing but healthy foods (that always happens after being sick), I've been craving quinoa like crazy. Then I found this cute little video on cooking it.

Easy, right?! I think this will be a good snack around 4:00 when I always seem to get hungry (I usually just eat something sugary).

  1. I usually make it like the video (minus the herbs). Plain Jane. We usually have it as a side when I make chicken (instead of rice).
